TIMOTHY CONCANNON

Tim Concannon undertakes a wide range of Common Law work and Crime. He has Reported cases in the fields of Real Property, Civil procedure and vicarious liability and has a specialty in financial tracing exercises, both Civil and Criminal, with related Trust Law. He also deals with Land Law, including boundary disputes and easements. Having practiced as a solicitor, he has a good understanding of the needs of the private practitioner and what they expect from the Bar.
Mr Concannon is an advocacy trainer for the Western Circuit and registered for Advocacy and Vulnerable Witnesses and Rape and Serious Sexual Assault cases. He is also a fully qualified Mediator with a particular interest in civil disputes both private and commercial.
